This includes two performance tune-ups per year, priority service in the event of breakdowns, 10% off replacement parts, and a labor warranty on all repairs performed under the plan. These tune-ups help keep your system running efficiently and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
Our service agreement covers a wide range of HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. Whether you have a gas or electric system, we have the expertise to maintain and repair it under the agreement.
As part of the agreement, your system will receive two performance tune-ups per year—one before the cooling season and one before the heating season. These tune-ups are essential for ensuring your system operates efficiently throughout the year.
With priority service, you will receive faster response times compared to non-plan members when your system experiences a breakdown. This is especially important during peak seasons when heating or cooling systems are in high demand. As a plan member, your service requests are placed at the top of the queue, ensuring quicker repairs when you need them most.
Our service agreement covers routine maintenance and performance tune-ups. If repairs are needed due to normal wear and tear, you will receive a 10% discount on replacement parts. Major repairs, like replacing compressors, blower motors, or heat exchangers, are not included in the maintenance plan, but they are eligible for the discounted parts rate.
